The bestselling culinary travel guide book “Linamnam” by Claude Tayag and Mary Ann Quioc launched its second edition last January 19, 2015 at the SM City Cebu Event Centre. The event was organized by National Bookstore and Anvil Publishing together with SM City Cebu and Cafe Laguna.
Linamnam: Eating One’s Way around the Philippines 2nd Edition collected the best food and restaurants all over the Philippines and featured 14 of Cebu’s best cuisine – Zubuchon, NL Cafe, Chika-an sa Cebu, Azul Tuslob Buwa, Cafe Laguna and Tatang’s Crispy Skin Lechon.
